Exceptions

In accordance with UK consumer law, we will provide a replacement or refund if an item:

• Arrives damaged or defective

• Is materially different from the description provided

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

• Items returned without prior approval
